  • Dealing with SPAM complaints - sometimes people forget that they've signed up for your e-mails and will flag your e-mail as SPAM which in some instances reports your address as abusive.  We listen out for these automatically and will resolve and unsubscribe customers automatically who take this action ensuring you never repeat offend.
     
  • Avoid hold ups on your own e-mail servers - your IT department probably insist that any in-house marketing campaigns are scheduled to be sent "out of hours" so as not to cripple your own mail servers during the day.  This usually means that not only are your intended recipients not in front of their PC's when your e-mail lands but most likely your e-mail will be brushed over when they open up their inbox in the morning to find e-mails from Tom, Dick and Harry.
