Project Brief

Virgin Active Australia were looking to create a new UI for Gladstone's MRM.Connect online booking system to address some of the missing functionality provided by the off the shelf product.

Our Solution

Engage designed a delivered a complete custom UI which streamlined the booking process and gave members far better visibility over the class schedule at Virgin Active Australia's health clubs.

The new UI included filters to allow members to narrow down classes by genre and gave at-a-glance views on availability.

Additional logic was built to allow members with linked children to automatically view creche places for their children when booking into classes for themselves.

Engage also delivered a Virgin Active iPhone application to allow their members to view this information and book into classes via a native app.

In late 2009 - Engage were invited to take over development and support of Virgin Active Australia's main website and now work with them on updates and enhancements to the site.
